What Moovers does
Moovers collects moving enquiries and refers them to an independent removalist servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast and applicable surrounding areas. Moovers does not perform the removal, operate the removalist’s trucks or employ their crew. The removalist does not own or operate Moovers.
Your enquiry and any booking
Submitting an enquiry is a request to be contacted. It does not create a removal booking, confirm availability or agree a price. The removalist assesses your requirements, provides any quote and agrees the scope and terms directly with you. Confirm charges, access, handling, timing, cancellation terms and any insurance arrangements with the removalist before booking.
Moovers does not take payment for the move. We do not guarantee a particular response time, price, service or availability, and do not represent that your enquiry is compared across a large marketplace.
Information you provide
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and identify uncertainties such as a flexible date or unconfirmed access.
